- To do, Sent, Ignored. Three tabs instead of four dropdowns and a checkbox that could filter a row into invisibility depending on what combination of settings you had on. I had operators losing PRs in their own queue. Now every row lives in exactly one tab, no exceptions.
- Repo filters and search narrow what you see within a tab, they don't touch the counts. The verdict on each row reads as a sentence now, not a status code, and you get three actions per row instead of a multi-select bar that's gone for good.
- The detail page gives drafts the full width to read and parks one publishing decision in a sticky rail beside them. Pick Now, Next slot, or a time, and the button is labeled with your choice. One press, one decision, not a dropdown that might disagree with the button you hit.
